How can I make a complaint?

If you discover a defect in the goods you have bought or that they do not conform to the contract, you, as the buyer, have the right to file a complaint.

Fill in the form to make a complaint about the goods to the seller. The seller will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receiving your complaint
