What stones are suitable for the K03?

Apart from those included in the kit, any abrasive stones up to 200 mm in length are suitable for the system. Even if they do not have an aluminium billet to hold them in place. For example, Venev Ursa stones. The flexible adjustment and spring clip will allow you to work with similar stones.

Can the knife on the K03 Pro K03Pro Hunter be resharpened to a “lens” cutting edge?

Yes, with the purchase of a special accessory, you can resharpen knives on a sharpening system into a “lens”.

Does the system need to be attached to the table?

No, because it comes with a special heavy stand, the K03Pro Hunter can be placed anywhere on your desk.
