Kadet or Blitz PRO?

Both systems are good, but personally we like Kadet better. With the same mobility, it allows you to put all the clamps from the Tsprof K03 on the frame, which the Blitz Pro cannot do.

What stones are suitable for the Kadet?

Apart from those included in the kit, any abrasive stones up to 150 mm in length are suitable for the system. Even if they do not have an aluminium billet to hold them in place. For example, Venev Ursa stones. The flexible adjustment and spring clip will allow you to work with similar stones.

Can the knife on the Kadet be resharpened to a “lens” cutting edge?

Yes, using the accessory it is possible to resharpen knives on sharpening system in a “lens”.

Does the system need to be attached to the table?

No, the Kadet can be placed anywhere convenient on the work surface.
