Designed to accommodate narrow-edged kitchen and fillet knives, this clamp is versatile and suitable for various types of cutting tools. The clamp’s jaws are expertly crafted from high-quality 65G steel, while the springs are made from durable 60C2A structural steel. Rest assured, our clamp is built to last.

Sharpen not only kitchen knives but also fillet knives, pocket knives, straight razors, and other slender blades. It’s a true all-in-one solution for your sharpening needs.

For optimal results, we recommend using knives with a length ranging from 30mm to 300mm. The clamp can accommodate knives with a minimum width of 10mm. With its 16mm wide jaws (2 pieces), our clamp securely holds your knife in place during the sharpening process. The clamp itself measures 118mm in length.

With adjustable screws measuring 2mm and 2.5mm, you have full control over the clamp’s grip, allowing you to customize the tension according to your preferences.

Please note that this clamp is not recommended for knives with a blade thickness exceeding 2.5mm to prevent damage to the jaws.

Scratches and scuffs are allowed on the surface of the clamps, which do not affect the operation of the clamps.

FAQ:

How do they differ from the whole milled fillet ones?

They help clamp the knife even without the flat part and ricasso, thanks to the elastic but flexible springs. Once removed, the springs return to their original position.

How do they differ from double clamps?

These clamps have thinner clamping jaws that allow you to sharpen an even sharper angle – up to 6.5° per side (that’s 13° total knife angle).

Can they be fitted to other systems?

Apart from TSPROF K03, they can be fitted to KADET and PIONEER without loss of functionality.
