Facing the need of sharpening the knives that we sell, we started looking not only for the best sharpening systems, but also for good abrasives. First, we contacted the producer of Silicon Carbide/Aluminum Oxide water stones, and ordered abrasives tailored to our needs. With their sharpening sets, we achiewed great results for a reasonable price. But we wanted more. We wanted to reduce sharpening time as well as improve finishing and polishing. And we found a solution: Venev.

Venev Diamond Tool Plant was founded in 1975. For more than 45 years the plant has been continuously producing diamond stones, improving and modernizing technology. For more than 20 years the plant has been synthesizing diamond powder of high quality. Due to their advanced technology, the plant has been trading on the global market since 1995. Today, the plant produces a large number of diamond tools of different sizes and characteristics tailored to customer requirements.

In recent years, the plant has become one of the world leaders in the production of excellent sharpening stones for knives and tools. A variety of abrasives (AC4, AC6 and El’bor (cubic boron nitride CBN), micropowders (ACM, ACN) and different “binders” (organic B2-01/B1-10, modernized – OSB and metallic MS-1) allows you to achieve success with  the most challenging tasks .   Realising how versatile our customers’ tasks could be, Venev plant produces sharpening stones for both manual sharpening of knives and tools and sharpening systems.
