Both systems are excellent choices that yield great results. However, personally, we prefer the Kadet PRO.

Which stones are suitable for the Pioneer?

In addition to those included in the kit, any abrasive stones up to 150 mm long are suitable for the system, even those without an aluminum billet for fixing. For example, Venev Ursa stones. The flexible adjustment and spring clamp enable you to work with similar stones effortlessly.

Can the knife be resharpened to a “lenticular” cutting edge on the Pioneer?
Absolutely! The accessory can be used to resharpen knives on the sharpening system to achieve a “lens” cutting edge.
