TSPROF Alpha are unique diamond sharpening stones with a rubber bond, delivering an incredibly clean performance. After extensive testing, TSPROF achieved the perfect balance between the bonding material and the optimal concentration of abrasive particles. As a result, TSPROF Alpha stones work very cleanly and have the highest wear resistance. If you have ever wondered about sharpening your favorite knife made of hard steel, TSPROF Alpha diamond stones will easily handle any steel up to 70 HRC hardness. Each stone undergoes thorough preparation and does not require unpacking, ensuring minimal thickness variations within ±0.1 mm and allowing immediate use straight out of the package. For secure fixing in the holder, TSPROF Alpha abrasives are glued onto an aluminum blank with 45 bevels. Abrasive layer of 3 mm ensures its durability. The stones are packed in individual blister packs, ensuring safe transportation. Due to production specifics, the width and length of the abrasive may vary up to 5% from the values stated in the description.

What do the stones work well with?

They work well with oil, including TSPROF’s proprietary oil based on oleic acid.

How to use them?

Important! The bond is soft. It can be easily damaged. Even a large burr can damage it. Avoid applying heavy pressure on the abrasive. Overall, work carefully, and the stones will reward you with excellent results.
